@VodafoneIN My problem is not solved yet. I have checked previous bills also and found the same charges of 20 rs. This is unauthantic practice done by you. I am your customer since 2003, same number. This time i am very disappointed from vodafone. I will mnp to other airtel soon.

@VodafoneIN I am surprised to see 40 Rs. Download charges in my billing. As per customer care it is for ringtone download charges.
Why should I download ringtone dude?
It is common billing issue nowadays in Vodafone.
Please resolve the issue asap.
