चुनाव से पहले सीधे पैसे बाँटकर वोट लेने की संस्कृति से देश विकसित नहीं बनेगा। विकसित भारत तब बनेगा, जब हर बच्चे को अच्छी शिक्षा और हर नागरिक को सम्मानजनक इलाज मिलेगा।
