@currys One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Ordered a mobile phone and earbuds online.
Paid 10£ extra to get it delivered on a specific date and time slot.
DPD pushes it to the next day. I then wait for it to be delivered.

Apparently, @DPDgroup_news postpones it again to next day and then fails to deliver. Same story the day after and I am now stuck in a loop. @currys refuse to cancel because order is in transit, DPD refuse to deliver because of their incompetency in running a business.
