@Lowes Oh yes. They were one of the 4 or 5 departments I was transferred to yesterday. I have STILL not gotten this issue resolved and am not happy. Seriously one of the worst purchase/install experiences ever.

been on the phone for ONE HOUR with @Lowes & passed to 5 different individuals at this point. I bought a dishwasher on the 12th, installed on the 25th. It does not work. This is ABSURD. The entire process has been absurd. NEVER buying an appliance from Lowes again.

Hey @Delta - very smooth trip both ways. I’m impressed and I don’t say that much about flights. Only issue was that on all return fights today, I sat near people with horrific gas. Thank goodness for scarves you can breathe into.
