💔 Meet Aws, a 6-year-old boy from Yemen who has never known a normal childhood.

Since the day he was born, Aws has lived with a severe congenital bladder and urinary condition. While other children his age dream about starting school, playing with friends, and enjoying life, Aws spends his days battling pain, medical complications, and embarrassment.

At 6 years old, he still has to wear diapers 24 hours a day.

Because of his condition, whenever Aws drinks water or any other liquid, it passes out almost immediately. He cannot control it. He cannot hide it. He cannot escape it.

He is so shy about his condition that he has not even started elementary school.

His family has done everything they can. They have traveled between hospitals, paid for surgeries, bought medicines, and struggled to provide the diapers and care he needs every single day. But living in Yemen, where poverty and hardship affect so many families, the burden has become overwhelming.

Imagine being a child who is afraid to go to school.
Imagine needing diapers every day just to leave the house.
Imagine watching your child suffer while being unable to afford the treatment that could change his future.

This is the reality Aws and his family face every day.
