I have to whole heartedly agree, something needs done and a change needs to take effect immediately. it’s ludicrous we don’t have direct support or we are fully aware where to get the support.
Yet other services have MH support! I can guess these numbers will only rise.

Suicide rates for nurses reported as 23% higher than national average from 2011 to 2017, we need mental health support on offer to all nursing students& staff, increased financial support for students & staffing levels to be sorted, lives are being lost....
