Let’s normalize direct emotional communication:
- “I’m going to be spending some time away from my phone the next couple of weeks, I won’t be texting much”
- “I’m focused on my career right now, and I can’t really be in the middle of this”
- “I’m going to take some space tonight, I’m feeling a little off and need some me time”
- “I have a ton going on right now, I’m not in a headspace to help out”
- “Hearing this is triggering because my resources are low, do you have anyone else who can support you?”
- “I’m still working through how I feel. I need a more couple of days before we have this conversation.”
@KKOBTraffic Any idea as to when they will start letting people exit? Going on 8 hours in ultimately the same place, give or take a few tenths of a mile.
It’s hard to put into words the impact that Mike Leach had on the players he coached, the game of football and me personally. He was a unique personality and independent thinker and a great friend. No one had a greater influence on my life other than my father. Rest In Peace coach
Sad, sad day for all of college football.
Mike Leach was a brilliant mind and instituted really fun and exciting football at Texas Tech.
He brought winning football to Lubbock and we’ll forever be grateful for that.
Gone way too soon. Prayers to his family.
Rest in Peace. 🏴☠️
