@Ryanair Hi, this doesn’t help. My flight is today, so does that mean that we can still take a small cabin case as it’s before the 1st Nov? And it will get checked in?

@Ryanair The top of my boarding pass days one bag only, but at the bottom left it says 1 small bag and 1 bag in hold. Does that mean I can take a cabin bag and check it in before I go to the gate? And take a small bag on board?

@BTCare Currently 6 months without broadband. Have experienced the most horrendous customer service - hours of being on hold, no follow ups, promises of returned phonecalls, and rude sales staff. Have had 12 engineer appointments and am no further forward. Any ideas BT?!
