Some leaders sell fear, panic, power & doom. They rule by division/intimidation. The best leaders give hope, vision, belief, confidence, team. They applaud individualism & initiative. Which would you like to work for? Which would you like to play for? Be the right kind of leader!
The Language of Successful Leaders:
I believe in you
I trust you
You are very important
Your role matters
I appreciate your commitment
I’m here to help
I want your opinion
I’m teaching you tools to succeed
I’ll hold you accountable
I believe in our team
Your future is important
What you see in games is the result of what you’ve taught/allowed in practice. Players can’t be faulted if you don’t teach them what they need to know or allow things that shouldn’t be happening. Give them what they need in the pre/off season & always hold them all accountable!
Successful athletes must have & maintain high performance habits. That means eating to fuel an athlete body, getting enough rest, plenty of water & preparing your mind & body for peak performance. It’s not a day here & a day there. It’s not a “sometimes” thing. It’s a lifestyle!
I’m thankful to have such a loving and supporting family, and a second family of amazing teammates at Fisher. I’m so thankful for this year and the amazing opportunities I’ve had with Fisher.

Wishing @ashley_laruffa a very happy birthday from all over New York today! Wish we were singing to you at practice tonight but Zoom worked just as well! Hope you enjoy the rest of your day and your ice cream cake 🎉🎈
Everyone say hello to the newest member of our Fisher Family, Nolan Michael Kuberka! You might not have known it but he was part of our E8 Championship this past season. We are looking forward to more to come! 🏀
Hard to believe this is one year ago. I know one thing though, I am forever grateful for being apart of this team and being a lady Knick. I wouldn’t trade it for the world! @UticaKnicks
Happy Mother’s Day‼️🏀Nothing happens without all the wonderful women who get our teams to practice and games. Who keep us organized. Miss you all. Have a great day
