@sparklightcares woke up to no Internet in SW Ada County, Idaho. Outage page says nothing in my area. Finally after 30 minutes of troubleshooting I called and your phone message says emergency repairs in my area. Why not update your outage page with that info?

@CenturyLink The outage in question was back in late 2018 and we haven’t had an account since we cancelled in 2019.

This was one of the first responses Century Link gave their customers hours after it began. This is why we are no longer customers.

Our network is experiencing a disruption affecting customer services. We understand some customers are currently unable to generate tickets through the CenturyLink help portal. We know how important these services are, we are working to restore services as quickly as possible.

@sparklightcares I’ve been signed up for text alerts for quite some time and received nothing. We switched to cable Internet after century link had a massive outage they didn’t notify customers about. I don’t want to waste time troubleshooting our equipment when it is not something we can fix.

@sparklightcares I have had text alerts enabled for quite some time. Nothing was sent. The only way I found out about the outage was calling tech support and hearing the phone message.

@bigbeautifulbe3 @thorinair_music Yes I'm having this issue as well for a large number of crops. Load with default options. Change produce type to Jar. Strawberry profit changes from 630.08 to 1836. Change to Keg and profit is still 1836.

@SUBWAY these paper bags don't work. Two steps out the door with my five sandwiches in one bag and the handle tore off one side then the entire bag ripped open in the dirty, snowy parking lot. On top of that, three of the sandwiches were cut completely through the paper wrapping.
