Baltimore Police have identified the man killed in a deadly shooting in the Federal Hill neighborhood early Sunday morning as 32-year-old Charles Brothers. The shooting occurred on his birthday, police announced Monday.

A year has passed since a vehicle crashed into the Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home in Baltimore County, bursting into flames, and getting shot at, leaving nine people injured and one man dead.
Baltimore County Police have not announced any arrests connected to the shooting.
A man is in the hospital and another is in police custody following an officer-involved shooting Tuesday night in west Baltimore.
The investigation is ongoing.

Baltimore City Council members are joining commercial security officers to demand an introduction of legislation for security officers.
According to the council, security is one of the largest occupations in the city, with 4,500 workers, many who earn $15.80 an hour.

Baltimore County first responders have begun ringing the bell 424 times here in Parkville Maryland to remember the 424 first responder lives lost in the 9/11 attacks.

The Hope and Peace Foundation will be holding two ceremonies today in Parkville to honor the lives lost on 9/11.
The first will be with the 1st responder remembrance bell toll, at 8:46am. The second ceremony will be a candlelight vigil starting at 6:45pm.
