The craziest thing is happening with my @Uber account. They have deactivated my account for a violation with the terms and conditions. I used the app to catch a ride from the airport and a week later it said my account was deactivated.

@Chase has such a flawed fraud system and it’s very evident they don’t care that they do. They’d rather operate with flaws and take on lawsuits than fix their internal system.

I honestly do not know how major banks are operating. My dealings with @Chase and @Barclays recently have shown me the major flaws and gaps with their internal systems and processes.

@Chase even your own bankers were confused as to how we were supposed to get our money because the solutions you all presented from your fraud team were extremely ridiculous.

@Chase also won’t return the checks because the checks weren’t from a Chase account. At this point, they’re holding our money hostage with no real actionable plan in place to assist us. Annnnd, my account is still set to close because of this.

@Chase is making it impossible for us to get our insurance money. They asked us to come into the branch to verify our identity. So here we are, and they are requesting even more verification. They want a member from the insurance company and our restoration company to come in too
