Those who stood by and watched this happen, are just as guilty as those that laid hands on that man. They should absolutely be fired. This is not care, custody and control. @SamIng2769 @Motyoj @Morbidful Yes, inmates do perpetrate violence on one another. Not all of them are crazy either. Officers do inflict violence on inmates for no reason, I’ve seen it. I used to work in prison. If officers don’t like someone, they will find a reason.
