If something or someone is messing with your mental health, stand up for yourself. The only person you truly have to answer to is yourself.
I stood up for mental health today and i feel damn good.
Molly was doing so well with potty training & holding it all night so we allowed her to start sleeping in our bed. All was well for 2 awhile but the last 3 days I’ve woken up to messes In the living room(at least she knows not to go on carpet). Guess it’s back to crate training.
