@NewOrleansRTA had the rudest streetcar driver this afternoon (car 900). She was not helpful in my question about my purchase of two tickets on the RTA App. She told me I purchased two tickets for myself and my mother would have to get her own. Get it this system figured out!

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir still impossible for educators to use their tickets by March 31.

Extremely frustrated with @AmericanAir and @Expedia for setting a “travel by” date for airline credits issued in 2020 due to the pandemic that will be impossible to use! Educators such as myself can’t possibly take a two week trip during the school year. Fix it! #frustrated
