@etihad ignored my email on May 24th and then emailed me saying that my “offer” expired. I lost a full day of my vacation due to plane issues. 200 Etihad credit does not even account for my wasted vacation day. I never want to fly your airline. The worse service I’ve experienced.
@etihad it’s been more than a month since I’ve heard from your customer service (which did not resolve my concerns or help with my lost day of my trip due to flight issues). Could you please help?
@etihad hi! This morning at 5am you delayed my flight by 11 hours and now I’m sitting outside O’Hare waiting for someone to show up and help since the two associates at the desk are refusing to help anyone here. How are we going to fix this?
@united That’s just it though, I did try to report it in person but you don’t have anyone there to help… and when I called the phone I waited on hold for two hours with no answer… and I drove back to the airport today after a full day of work and no one was there AGAIN.
