Almost 6 months and every week it’s something else. Why does @LibertyMutual do this to it’s policyholders?

Imagine being almost 9 months pregnant with twins and still not having a kitchen because @LibertyMutual refuses to handle your homeowners claim in a timely and appropriate manner. Back in Feb two pipes burst in our home and they still refuse to pay the claim. Disgusting.

And focus on handling claims legally. There is no excuse as to why we continue to go through hell with this company. #illegal

Anyone who has @LibertyMutual needs to RUN. Don’t even consider them because they clearly just do whatever they want to and continue to give people the run around. It’s very simple. They are horrendous. 0/10

And the crazy part is, they want to send someone out for the THIRD time though we’ve presented more than enough estimates (way under our policy limits). Why send people to rip out all the dmg but not pay to repair them?
