@CrossCountryUK My service was cancelled so I got another train that is currently running 104 minutes late. Was contemplating getting off the train and going back home because it's been unclear if we'd ever arrive at where I was planning to go to.

@CrossCountryUK sat on a train at Brum going nowhere due to the signalling problems at Cheltenham. If I decide not to wait around until God knows when will I be able to have my ticket refunded even though I've scanned it to get through the barriers?

@CrossCountryUK I appreciate there's nothing more you can do but it's something that needs an immediate answer, not waiting in a phone line or a few weeks for an email back. Assume it should be a standard policy, not specific to any particular issues. I'll wait to see if we ever get an update
