Do you ever just wake up and think I wanna be swoll today? I’m an Icecream enthusiast who found a passion for lifting/fitness #fitfam 💍 Tips👉Venmo:@Ashlie-Von

Went back to the office today, which was neat, but now I’m braindead and exhausted. Thank goodness I worked out early. Now I give you a selfie, where I’m pretending it’s not to show off my arms, but it is. #flex

@WorkingOutWithB Ugh I’m finally coming back from the dead of being sick and light cardio seems to be all I can do right now. It’s the woorrsstt

@braverock76 Thank you so much for checking! I’ve been offline a lot because I’ve been so sick for the past few weeks, we now think it might be mono but won’t know until I get tested. I’m slowly starting to feel better though.

@FitFounder Not in my experience...

[Ashlie Von @AshlieVon]

@vincentninja68 Pretty sure I have mild PTSD from those MF’s because I saw the picture and IMMEDIATELY grabbed my feet.

[Ashlie Von @AshlieVon]

@gym_manic Oh lord, I just remembered it’s legs for me today too.

Happy #flexfriday! Don’t mind the “I’m dead inside” look on my face, instead focus on how perfectly my farmers tan is coming in. (I forgot the phone wasn’t covering my face and am not about to waste more time on selfies. Deal with it.)

[Ashlie Von @AshlieVon]

@EDayWorkoutMan You’re right, it needs more contrast, I’ll move down from the 50 to the 20 spf and see what happens. I hear blocks of color are in this year and as you can tell I’m SUPER into fashion.

@WorkingOutWithB I try 😁

[Ashlie Von @AshlieVon]

@gym_manic I’m good! I’ve just been extremely exhausted this week so I haven’t been doing as much. I think I overdid it somewhere haha but I’m doing better today! Thank you for asking 😊
