I was trilled to get my BP checked @CNWLNHS Hillingdon Cardiac Team delivering Heart Aware event at Beaufort House. So far several staff had their BP checked and advice given on managing healthy blood pressure by our lovely #Hillingdon Cardiac Nurses.

But despite being the largest chronic condition in cardiology, funding, resources and services are limited in comparison to other conditions which lead to HF such as diabetes and kidney disease.
