@ThrillaRilla369 I'm a little bit on the tiny side here, but I broke my jaw and it was wired shut. 8 weeks. Under 100lbs.
Apparently starving makes you lose weight and HEALTH. Kept up protein drinks and tried to minimize working out. WOW. Scary $hit.
I had to work to regain that muscle.
