Adding a non-cleared individual is bad, but you're missing the larger issue here: these folks SHOULD NOT BE USING SIGNAL AT ALL for official business. Everyone in this chat KNOWS BETTER. This level of discussion belonged in a SCIF, period. Why were they texting about it in the first place? More proof Trump & his cohort don't know how to handle sensitive materials.

Further, these discussions are required to BE PRESERVED by LAW. Why are high-level officials seeking to circumvent the Presidential Records Act by texting on a rando 3rd party app?

The Intel community (Gabbard) just warned the administration NOT to use Signal specifically because it was open to Russian hacking. One of the jokers participating in the chat was literally SITTING IN THE FUCKING KREMLIN at the time.
