- House is located next to a dog spa so there’s a steady supply of joyful dogs to pet on weekends

- The neighbourhood isn't friendly towards loud music and noise so we don't host parties/have several people over in the night; That said, its very common to have SOs (significant others) and friends over to chill peacefully
