yeah breakups hurt, but have you ever been a super talkative, enthusiastic person but slowly over the years and after trauma you watch yourself become more quieter and quieter to the point where that enthusiastic bubbly person just isn't who you are anymore?
my intuition NEVER lies. I know when someone not feeling me anymore & they don’t wanna say it. I know when I’m in danger. I know when another person has interest in the same person I do. I know when someone’s gonna call in lol. I just know these things, It’s weird
one thing about me is that just because i address something doesn’t mean i’m tryna argue. i like to talk things out and i love clarity. we’re adults.. so communicate
You do not need to explain yourself to people who are committed to misunderstanding you. You do not need to explain yourself to people who are intentionally being nasty to you. You do not have to explain yourself to people who don’t see the world the same way as you do.
I need someone to explain to me why it’s always “if you can’t pay rent, buy fewer lattes and avocado toasts” and not “if you can’t pay your employees a living wage, buy fewer yachts and real estate”.
Explain it to me like I’m in kindergarten.
One of my biggest pet peeves are people who throw stones, hide their hands and play victim to your reaction. I’m still learning at my big age to react less because people will really use that to their advantage and flip the script.
This month in the US, people were shot for ringing the wrong doorbell, getting into the wrong car, using a leaf blower, delivering food to the wrong address, driving into the wrong driveway, and for asking a neighbor to stop shooting so a baby could sleep.
It’s the fucking guns.
