@amazon Technician didn't report for installation of new BOSCH washing m/c purchased from Amazon. Reported but no action yet by Amazon. So buy & forget it @Amazon ?. I m a senior citizen. You cant even contact Amazon. Pathetic !!

@AmazonHelp I spoke to them yesterday but now calling option is not enabled. Installation order automatically got cancelled because of non visit of the technician. Complained thro Amazon app too but to no avail.
