My in-laws travelled from Bengaluru to Singapore in SQ 509 on Friday 29th of Nov 2024.
We’ve lost the luggage and we’ve been waiting for the past 5 days to get an update from them, which always ends up the same, we’re trying hard to find the suitcase.

@SingaporeAir It’s been 5 days and all that we get is if there’s some update, we’ll contact you. Even after providing the baggage tag number, the model of the bag, it’s taking you 5 days to check if it’s in Singapore or Bangalore. I’m not able to understand what kind of service is this ?

The helpdesk number they’ve provided is a sham as all they say is that they’re trying to find out everyday , without any progress. We’ve even escalated to the corresponding Bangalore team but to no avail.
