You think I am not GC? I have never given any entrance exams? Bro, I don't support the reservation system either, but at least I don't exaggerate things like you do and I don't mix two different cases to vent out my frustration in the wrong forum. Only 15% seats are reserved for the SC/ST and that doesn't mean those seats are filled by people who don't study. In the above case, it is clearly the peer pressure that drove him to commit suicide. Even if there was no reservation system at all, he would have still failed to get a seat in that college because his rank is far below the closing rank.

अजीत भारती को गिरफ्तार ही नहीं किया गया है तो जमानत याचिका किस बात की? पहले गिरफ्तारी तो हो जाने दो उसके बाद जमानत याचिका पर विचार किया जाएगा। कमाल है, गिरफ्तारी हुई नहीं जमानत याचिका पहले दाखिल करा दी। इतनी क्या फट गई केवल FIR ही तो हुई है।

रही बात राहुल गांधी और आशुतोष रांका की, तो उनके खिलाफ केस क्या है? यदि उनपर भी वही आरोप हैं जो अजीत भारती पर है, तो अन्याय कहाँँ हुआ और किसके साथ हुआ? राहुल गांधी और आशुतोष रांका पर अगर कोई कारवाई नहीं हुई है तो अजीत भारती पर भी कहाँ कोई कारवाई हुई है? सिर्फ सुनवाई ही तो हुई है। बिल्कुल, कानून सबके लिए बराबर है - चाहे वह राहुल गांधी हो या स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज हो या फिर नरेंद्र मोदी ही क्यों न हो। जो गुनाह करेगा वो सजा भी भुगतेगा।

95.7% was his score in 12 class. The institute where he wanted admission conducts an aptitude test and based on the rank they select candidates. His rank was 10474, lower than the closing rank for SC/ST category which is 10722. He would have failed even if there was no reservation at all. So blaming the reservation system for this particular incident is not just nonsense, it's foolish. And let's not mix it other cases or start doing whataboutery just to win points. The real culprit in this particular case is not the reservation system but the society that created so much pressure on the boy that he couldn't face the fear of dejection by his family and peers.
