1952 में 600-700 जातियाँ दलित थी, बाबा साहेब के संविधान ने 600 और जोड़ दिया, यानी 5000 वर्ष के मनुवादी, ब्राह्मणवादी व्यवस्था ने 600 अछूत जातियाँ दी, 70 साल के बाबा साहेब संविधान ने 600 और जोड़ा। तार्किक रूप से सुधीजन ये बताएँ कि आरक्षण से जातियों का उत्थान हो रहा है या पतन?

SC के 135-145 IAS ऑफ़िसर्स हैं, 50-62000 क्लास 1 ऑफ़िसर्स, डेढ़ से पौने दो लाख क्लास 2 ऑफ़िसर्स हैं इस देश में। अंबेडकर को उनके शिक्षक ने और तत्कालीन महाराज सयाजीराव गायकवाड ने उन्हें विदेश भेजा, फिर छत्रपति शाहूजी महाराज ने उनकी लंदन की पढ़ाई पूर्ण करवाई।

अब प्रश्न यह है कि ऊपर के IAS, क्लास 1 और 2 के लगभग 2 लाख अफ़सरों में से कितनों ने अपनी ही जाति समूह के बच्चों को स्पॉन्सर किया है?

मीना समाज 1000% अधिक ओवर रिप्रिजेंटेड है, जाटव का भी प्रतिनिधित्व SC वर्ग में अधिक है, यादव, कुर्मी, जाट, गुर्जर को OBC में देख लीजिए! तो प्रश्न यह है कि असली आदिवासी, भील कहाँ हैं ST में?

मुसहर, माँझी, वाल्मीकि, सुदर्शन, बहेलिया, बंतार, डोम, हलालखोर, तुरी, पासी, भंगी और मदारगी के बच्चे स्कूल भी पहुँच पा रहे हैं? OBC की लगभग 1,000 जातियों की सरकारी नौकरियों में हिस्सेदारी शून्य या नगण्य है, जैसे कश्यप, केवट, मल्लाह, निषाद, बिंद, राजभर, पाल, बघेल, बढ़ई, कुम्हार, लोहार, तेली, चौरसिया, नाई (सैलानी) और नोनिया!

फिर कहा जाता है कि आर्थिक आधार पर रिजर्वेशन नहीं होना चाहिए, क्योंकि जो दो-चार जातियाँ सारा आरक्षण खा रही हैं, उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति भी ठीक है, पर उन्होंने स्वयं को इन जाति समूहों में राजनैतिक रूप से ब्लैकमेलिंग करके घुसा रखा है, इसलिए वो कभी भी अपनी ही जाति समूहों में आरक्षण नीचे तक नहीं जाने देंगे।

इसीलिए, Reservation पर ReThink, Rationalise, Reform और अंततः Remove करने के लिए हमें चर्चा करनी चाहिए।

क्या किसी एक व्यक्ति की यह औक़ात है कि योगी जी या BJP को चुनाव हरा दे? मैं ऐसे भ्रम में नहीं जीता। मैं एक ऐसा पत्रकार हूँ जिस पर BJP/NDA (३ बार), AAP (२ बार), काँग्रेस (२ बार), TMC एक बार केस कर चुकी है, हाउस अरेस्ट कर चुकी है और पुलिस भेज कर धमका चुकी है।

मैं वह अदना सा पत्रकार हूँ जिसके पीछे पूरी IT सेल लगी रही, दो-दो चुनाव कैंपेन मैनेजमेंट कंपनियों के लोग लगे रहे, तीन मंत्रियों ने जबरदस्त ट्रोल अटैक करवाए और BJP देखती रही।

तो मुझे यह कन्फ्यूज़न कैसे हो जाएगा कि मैं योगी आदित्यनाथ जी को हरा दूँगा? पिछले १० वर्षों में उनकी नीतिगत आलोचना भी संभवतः १० बार भी नहीं मिलेगी मेरी टाइमलाइन पर।

मैं एक क्षुद्र मनुष्य हूँ, चुनाव जनता हराती है, जनता के विषय परिणाम तय करते हैं। मैं इस राजनैतिक स्कीम ऑफ़ थिंग्स में नगण्य हूँ, मित्र!

We are witnessing a mass psychological manipulation happening in plain sight regarding the Ruchika Singh case..

Consider this hypothetical: a man named Bablu is caught breaking into a house, and the community demands consequences for his actions. Almost immediately, a coordinated effort begins on social media. One group starts painting Bablu as an impoverished victim of circumstances who was simply misguided. A second group shifts the focus entirely, arguing that politicians, judges, and bureaucrats commit far larger crimes with total impunity, so why single out poor Bablu? A third group takes a moral high ground, shaming anyone demanding justice by asking where their outrage was during higher-profile scandals.

Now Bablu is the true victim, supporting him becomes the trendy stance, and those original voices calling for accountability are guilted into silence. This step-by-step deflection is precisely how mass manipulation functions.

Applying this back to the real world, what Ruchika Singh did remains fundamentally wrong. The reality that powerful individuals routinely escape justice for far worse offenses does not magically transform her into a victim. If she is an adult, she bear the moral responsibility for her actions. If she is a minor (though serious doubts remain as to whether the individual in the viral video claiming to be 15 is actually her or perhaps a relative) the moral responsibility falls on her parents. Yes, she should not face legal action but the masses should know that what she did was wrong and not see her as victim. That's it.

Ultimately, one wrong can never be labeled right simply because greater wrongs occur elsewhere. If we accept the logic that lower-level wrongdoing is excusable as long as bigger criminals walk free, the entire fabric of personal accountability collapses, and literally any crime could be defended by simply pointing to a more severe, unpunished offense. Allowing rhetorical misdirection to obscure basic right from wrong only serves to protect bad behavior at every level of society.

Ruchika Singh and her family have been on the run since her abusive video went viral. Now an FIR too has been registered against her under Sec 352, 353(1), and 356(1).

People her age would do well to learn a fundamental lesson from this. Crowd dynamics can grant a false sense of empowerment, making it easy to break the law when surrounded by a cheering audience, but the consequences are borne individually. So always think carefully before letting impulse take over.

Was a fleeting moment of applause from a small crowd worth risking a future? In my view, she needs psychiatric counseling far more than a legal action. But regardless of what I think, the consequences are here, and I’m sure she’s finally realizing the true cost of those few moments of clout.
