• Saurav lives in GK1?
• His neighbour is Munjal of Hero motorcycle?
• The plot is 1000 sq yard (9000 sqft) property?
• The plot has a generous front garden?
• Ground floor rent for a property like that is 9-10 lacs a month?
• but the contractual amount in the agreement is just 11% of market value?
• what role did Saurabh Bhardwaj - As the MLA for GK play in securing this highly favourable rent - well below market value?
• If not why does Saurabh Bharadwaj claim to have a copy of the rent agreement/ or possess the agency to disclose said agreement?
• why does Saurav’s income not match the rent?
• what is Saurav’s income?
• Saurav & Ratna on his behalf denied living in such a property prior to being exposed?
• his (absent) biological father is a Nepali?
• did said biological father abandoned him?
• his mother is a spa therapist - so led a hand to mouth subsistence family income - & no notable family money to supplement the average GK1 rent ?
• the guard said he vacated the property just recently ?
• But you claim he still lives there?
• that 99 acres shows a rent of 5 lacs for old build and 7 lacs for a semi new build - but both on the upper floors without a garden?
• that you chaps started a murderous violent riot on the 20th of July?
• that Dipke’s BU course ended in December 2025 & he’s been unemployed for the last 8 months?
• that Ranka has never verifiably employed in the formal sector & all his jobs have been running social media for AAP?
