We should request SC to order EC that after the counting of postal ballots, 5 random EVMs of each assembly should be matched first with VVPAT slips. Then after counting of EVM should be started. If there is a mismatch in even one then EVM tampering will be proved. @pbhushan1

*four days after his arrest, Aurobindo Pharma, a firm founded by his father in which he is a director, pays Rs 5 crore to BJP through electoral bonds. 

* May 2023, when Reddy’s bail plea comes up for hearing, ED does not oppose it, a rarity in PMLA.

*released from prison, Reddy turns approver in case on June 2, 2023.

* Aurobindo Pharma donates another Rs 25 crore to BJP through bonds on November 8, 2023.

ED itself has been found making recovery for BJP through electoral bonds and this is proved by seeing the raid incidents. Can't the Supreme Court abolish such ED law itself? ED is a threat to democracy.

Till date, ED has not been able to show any evidence before the court in the liquor scam. It is a different matter that the decision is being influenced by showing closed envelopes to the court judge. As was seen at the time of Manish's bail.

- मनीष सिसोदिया से जुड़ी Money Trail कहाँ है?
- क्या उनके पास पैसा आया? परिवार में किसी के पास पैसा आया?
- बार बार पूछा, अगर मनीष सिसोदिया के पास पैसा पहुँचता हुआ ED नहीं दिखा सकती, तो Money Laundering कहाँ से?
- केवल Dinesh Arora की Statement पर पूरा Prosecution कैसे? Approver तो जान बचाने के लिए कुछ भी कह सकता है।
- Policy Making Court के Purview में नहीं आती है, Lobbying Illegal नहीं है।
- Court ने कहा कि जब तक पैसे का लेन देन नहीं सिद्ध करते, तब तक PMLA लागू नहीं होगा।
