@ChoiceWarranty No one listening to the claim. It's been 2 months now and after complaining here a person (maybe a bot) name [email protected] asked to send the claim details to make you think someone is working on it. Several follow-ups and there is no response from CHW, frustrated

@ChoiceWarranty Does CHW even care about providing the service and honoring the contract? Looks like a deliberate attempt not to help customers by having no communication and no escalation matrix. Complete fraud!!!

@ChoiceWarranty (3) Looks like CHW does have an escalation chain and doesn't care about customers' pain. They use fraudulent methods (fix, repair, or replace) to onboard and give you false hope of stability but, when need them they leave you high and dry with don't care attitude.

@ChoiceWarranty (2) CHW case managers are smug and when I pointed out the upper limit of 3K for replacement then they said it is up to them to decide how much they want to pay for the replacement and have the attitude of "I don't give a f**k".
