This year, Chicago's Oak Street Beach was named by Travel and Leisure as one of the best beaches in the US. It appears all these people on Sunday would agree. #summer#chicago
Hey, Chicago! Are you a dog owner who visits Montrose Beach? ⬇️
If you’re an adult who visits the Montrose Beach area with your dogs, please take a moment to fill out our survey and help us understand how you and your pup use the beach. https://t.co/qQ7kktPRAk
Day 2: Water sampling technicians collecting their supplies for the season. The reflective rain jackets were added this year for all sampling techs as 2023 saw a pretty wet summer 🌧️ ⛈️
Starting off strong! First day of training for the upcoming beach season ✅ Proud to celebrate 10 years of collaboration with @ChicagoParks on beach monitoring & thrilled to announce we're expanding to seven @CityofEvanston beaches this year! 🏖️🏊🏼♀️ 🧬 👩🏻🔬@uicpublichealth@thisisUIC
Special shout out to this year’s cohort of amazing @thisisUIC students working in the field and in the lab! Without your hard work and dedication this project would not have been possible. 🌟 #UICPride
Hats off to Nepal for setting this new requirement and protecting the health and ecology of the Himalayas. But also, how has this not been the standard? What happened to take only memories, leave only footprints? #WASH

💯% agree to this! Also loved the fact that even with an injured leg he moved around & spent most of his time on the ramp instead of the stage coz he knew his true fans (who were there for his songs) were standin in the Fanpit & General Zone & not seated in the VVIP & VIP section!
Today at Arjit Singh’s concert, what stood out to me was his kindness. Despite telling the audience twice that he really didn’t like giving autographs, he gave autographs to every single person who he could reach. Probably a couple hundred folks. Also felt bad for him, because he really did thrive when it was just music and him. Now wondering, is he the artist of our generation ( in South Asia) ? There was just one song I didn’t know in the entire 3 hour concert.
Whether you believe it or not, each year dogs are profoundly worshipped in Nepal and this will restore some of your faith in humanity.
Happy Kukur Tihar. Let's appreciate dogs for being inseparable part of our lives. ❤ 🐶
