@hor53p14y_play@hargreavesgt It’s not just bullying and intimidation that people have been told about, it’s the deliberate act of spreading confidential paperwork about trainers and then trying to sweep it under the rug to cover themselves...
Enough is enough. The industry can’t allow people to continuously be bullied and feel frightened to train their horses at a public facility. Time to stamp out this toxic behaviour and move forwards in a more positive and harmonious way. Learn from the mistakes and make amends. https://t.co/pZmr7mbqnw
Taken close to 12 months for a motion to move forward in this ongoing saga... Is that the Robert Neil who is the Kilmore Racing Club facility/grounds manager and track manager?
@hor53p14y_play@hargreavesgt No more along the lines of verbal threats and certain individuals deliberately going out of their way with track maintenance machinery trying to cause injury to a number of trainers and their horses.
Out of 168 hours in the week @Tabcorp_Park Melton is open for 4 hours to work your horses there. For the last 3 weeks it hasn’t been opened. Today I go to educate a couple of young horses & boom closed again. No notice letting us know. Nothing. 3 of us wasted an hour 😡😡🤬🤬
@sharpman87 In an industry that is desperately crying out for young participants and involvement, they’re doing NOTHING to help the little people out. It’s great for the big stables to get publicity but what about the minority going through extreme hardship?
@sharpman87 To everyone whose commenting on this asking what it’s all about, I’d love to explain how the Kilmore racing club stopped myself and my dad from training our horses and how they allow the same people to bully and threaten us repeatedly and endanger our safety
Interested to know why the horses that my father and I train at the @KilmoreRC haven’t been allowed to train at the facility since August 3rd? There have been local harness trainers, the KRC track supervisor and track manager charged in relation to multiple workplace incidents
