I was asked by Myntra to share CCTV unboxing footage as proof. I shared the video multiple times via email, but received no response after that. This lack of follow-up despite providing requested evidence is disappointing. Requesting a clear resolution

@MyntraSupport Despite sharing all details via DM and multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress or resolution on this issue. The return was raised on the day of delivery and has already gone through multiple escalations. Requesting a clear and final resolution. @MyntraSupport @myntra

For a ₹7,000 product, customers deserve transparency and fair review — not one-sided decisions. If unresolved, I will proceed with a formal consumer forum complaint.
