RTE ACT 2009 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ well Qualified Teacher ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ,ਪਰ NCTE ਵੱਲੋਂ 28 June 2018 ਦੇ Notification ਨਾਲ ETT ਦੀ ਪੋਸਟ 'ਤੇ Untrained Teachers ਨੂੰ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਹੱਕ ਖੋਹਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
