@IndiGo6E I am still waiting for any sort of update. This is really pathetic way to handle escalation with no update whatsoever. Is there anyone in @IndiGo6E who really cares about how to solve issues and show some customer obsession?

@IndiGo6E it is seriously an issue when your Baggage department says they cannot connect to anyone from baggage at Mumbai airport from 7 am in the morning until 10 pm on 11th November.
Also, this is strange to see there is no escalation number to talk to someone incharge.

Now I had to buy the same ticket for a higher price since I did not receive refund in time for such a huge amount. Is @etihad going to oay the interest for keeping the amount for such a long time with them??

@EtihadHelp that is not helpful. Issue happened from @etihad . Money was deducted but ticket was not booked. And now I have to wait for 45 days to get my money back. This is not correct. Money should have been redunded at the earliest since tickt was not booked.
