Is there any Fraud going where you either do not deliver and show delivered or you deliver partial and rest items not delivered? Customer cares is of no use asks to mail and wait 48 hrs, not practical in food delivery.

@FaberIndia Bought Hob and Chimney in Dec'23. Been asking for service since Diwali '25. Received numerous phone calls but you never serviced these products even a single time. I was charged extra for service during purchase yet zero visit yet. What kind of customer service ?
