I had an order of skinn perfume of order id 406-0843735-8079516 which cost 2295₹ to me. When i received it the pump was not working so i raised my query but the response given to me from amazon is totally unexpected. They are denying the same.Need help.

Since we are middle class people and 2295₹ means a lot to us. I am ready for cross enquiry and after that provide me the replacement or refund but help me.otherwise i will have to knock at consumer court.

@AmazonHelp I tried but their behavior was unacceptable. Tbey are not ready to listen. They are not giving solution. I have the perfume and its not working. nd i want either perfume or my money. I have the screenshots of ur responses and rude behave. Is it the way of amazon to treat custmer.
