Utter irresponsible behaviour by the team. People buy smartwatches to be ahead of time but here a smartwatch is working behind time.
A friend of mine is facing issues with a smartwatch she purchased from Fireboltt via Flipkart.

Even the ticket raised was automatically closed by the team without even addressing the issue or contacting the customer. This is the case from 25th May 2024 and She has been mailing to the support team ever since but there is no response.
