@AmazonHelp I understand that, but your response still doesn't explain what changed as COD was available for the same pincode (208001) just last month.

So could you please clarify whether COD has been permanently or temporarily disabled for pincode 208001, or if there’s some other reason.

[ASHUTOSH NIRMAL 🇮🇳 @ashutn]

Hey @amazonIN, why is the Pay on Delivery option not available for PIN code 208001 (Kanpur)?

[ASHUTOSH NIRMAL 🇮🇳 @ashutn]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazonIN That's Interesting, because Cash on Delivery was available for the exact same pincode (208001) just last month. So what changed in the meantime? If COD has now been disabled for this pincode, could you please explain why instead of giving a generic response?

@KESCoHQ No supply of electricity at maniram bagia chhappar substation since 3am. What is the etr?

[ASHUTOSH NIRMAL 🇮🇳 @ashutn]

@VootSupport not everyone watching movies and shows on mobile. Some people uses web browsers. But you only have max 480p resolution on your website compared to other OTT platforms which are providing in 4K. Fix this mistake and atleast give us 1080p on web browsers.
