Its their fault which led me to cancel. How can you go ahead with lakhs worth of a project with such retards? On what grounds is my money held back? Their support is useless and all my complaints are auto closed at this point.

Its been over 3 months and they have not refuned the amount. The project stands cancelled, they have provided absolutely 0 a BIG FAT ZERO service to us. They issued a gift card later, but I had been asking for cash refund since the first day i initiated cancellation.
