₹700 was deducted from my FastTag account without consent. Upon speaking to NHAI helpline, I was told that it was a glitch and the money will be refunded in my account. After more than 60 days, I still haven’t gotten back my money that was deducted wrongly.

I have filed multiple complaints with the following complaint numbers- 17247862, 17247789, 17124265, 17124365.
Even after calling the helpline multiple times, I have only gotten hollow assurances about the refund.

@symphonylimited Purchased jumbo 75xl+ cooler to gift in a marriage. On 29th April, when gift arrived to its destination and unboxed, fan found missing. Service person is asking for new fan blade charges which is completely unethical practice. Need help of higher officials!!!
