Crude Oil FOB Price (Indian Basket):
Shipping and insurance costs are keeping Indian crude basket import costs high.
As against a Brent future for Dec level of $ 102-105, spot Indian basket stay at $ 120 plus.
India has done well in ensuring there is no shortage, but global prices and geopolitical risk remain a grim challenge to the Indian fiscal.
What "High M3" Means
A high or rapidly growing M3 money supply indicates:
High Liquidity and Credit Expansion: There is a large volume of money and fixed/time deposits circulating or stored within the financial system, reflecting active bank lending and high corporate/household savings.
Economic Activity: It generally correlates with economic growth, business expansion, and higher investment capacity.
Inflationary Pressures: If M3 grows much faster than real economic output (goods and services), it signals excess liquidity, which often leads to rising inflation and asset bubbles if left unchecked by central banks.

Disclosure gap at heart of Chandra family’s TVS link
Family of Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran has business ties with TVS Motor. TVS chairman-emeritus Venu Srinivasan voted to give Chandra a fresh term, but neither told the Tata Sons board. Tata Trusts say Srinivasan made no disclosure. Chandra’s wife and son are directors in a firm set up in 2025. Governance questions now hang over India’s largest group.

India mein koi 5 minutes number Google kar le to doodh ka doodh paani ka paani ho jaye.
RBI surplus to Govt : ₹2.87 Lakh Crores (US$30 Bn)
Total listed bank profits : ₹4.11 Lakh Crores (US$42 Bn)
NPCI - which runs UPI pre tax ‘surplus’ : ₹ 1,888 crores (US$200 Mn)
To nuksaan kis ka ho raha hai UPI se aur kaunsi subsidy de rahi hai Govt UPI pe jo chubh rahi hai?
Cost of running ATMs and cash logistics in India is ₹30,500 crores (US$ 3.0 Bn). If you want to optimise shut ATMs and promote UPI instead.
Any levy on UPI is just tax collection. UPI is the one scientific achievement of India everyone acknowledges par ab tax ki bali chadhegi.
Bhai Chandra sahab ke ₹22,000 crores maaf nahi karte to India mein UPI agle 20 saal tak free chal jaata by government’s number of ₹8,000 crores subsidy.
Also NPCI - which runs UPI has ₹6,119 hard cash on its balance sheet and pre tax operating profit of ₹1,900 crores. NPCI apne cash pe and profits par zindagi bhar UPI free chala sakti hai. Government ka kuchh lena dena hi nahi hai. Government earned ₹1,000 crores tax from NPCI last year.
UPI Charges Row | Ashneer Grover Exclusive
If I transfer ₹1 lakh to my friend through UPI, or I pay ₹3,000 using a QR code, what is the cost of running the system? The cost is the same. So, if I transfer ₹1 lakh to my friend, nobody is making money from it. But if I make a payment of ₹2,500 to a small shopkeeper then the government wants to put charges, what’s the logic? — @Ashneer_Grover speaks to @shreyadhoundial
Of course if you change the base and revise GDP numbers so frequently , GDP data will obviously loose its credibility.
Be that as it may. The most important fact is GDP in $ terms is shrinking
Q1 FY26: ~$1.01 trillion
Q1 FY27: ~$0.93 trillion
Exchange rate was $ =₹85.55
Now it is $= ₹94.67
This is the real impact of ₹ devaluation and this is why FII are not coming to India.

Banking sector doesn’t have NPA issues… gross and net NPA’s are one of the lowest seen.
But the recovery mechanism, remains weak. Especially in cases which are in NCLT.. recovery has been painful and long.. also, small recovery. Wealth and richness are enjoyed by promoters, right?
