And customers srvs guy said “I have escalated , give us 24 more hrs” every time same story. They price Customer is a fool using thr platform..

I have submitted an online application(24-0003954386) on 01/03/2024 to surrender my passport in Delhi RPO office but till today (24 April 2024), i am not able to book an appointment as online it always give msg “appointment not available”.
Plz support and help.

Even for infant they are not making any exceptions. Truly sad situation but nothing can be done. In the end only if more people raise this issue something will happen.
