I have no problem at all with Sikh police officers attending religious ceremonies or social activities in uniform. I have no trouble at all with Sikh police officers having some friendly swordplay in uniform at a Sikh gurdwara.

BIG HOWEVER - When Khalistani flags are present, that changes the entire picture. The Sikh police officers are then seen to be supporting a political movement where terrorists are active.

Not to forget the greatest act of terror in Canada's history - the bombing of Air India Flight 181 where Sikh-Khalistani terrorists murdered 329 passengers and crew.

As a @TorontoPolice officer I often attended and prayed on duty at various Christian churches - in uniform and fully armed.

But never would I have attended a church that displayed flags associated with acts of terrorism.

Peel regional police Sgt. Harinder Sohi was part of the Khalistani attack on Hindu worshippers at the Sabha Mandir. Sgt. Sohi has been suspended for now.

I was at the Hindu Sabha Mandir where thousands of Hindus, along with Sikhs, Jews, Christians and Iranians came out to show their support for the community after the Khalistani attack on their temple and the failure of Peel Police.
