@TalkTalk I NEED my internet to stay consistent. When are these routers getting patched. I’m FED up now of it constantly dropping out. I’ve been affected all month, this needs to be reflected in this months bill. Horrible customer service
4 weeks now of intermittent broadband thanks to @TalkTalk. Constantly being dropped offline. Terrible customer service due to only being able to chat online (all their operators are busy the majority of time.. SHOCK). Just renewed in October and already regretting my decision.
@TalkTalk Right, it’s just dropped out again for the 4th time. Something needs to be done about this. The fact I can’t call someone is also ridiculous.
@TalkTalk This is beyond a joke now. I’ve had issues for the last 3 weeks. Even had an engineer out and yet the problem persists. Constantly dropping out of work calls, it’s dropped out 3 times in the last hour alone! I’ve only just renewed my contract and it’s unusable. Unacceptable.
@C9EmZ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy worked wonders for me. It took a few sessions to truly ‘believe’ this would work but honestly, that was about 2/3 years ago. I only had 6 sessions due to the lady I saw moving on, but it helped, a lot! I got mine through the NHS too. Hope it helps!
