Pleased to have had a conversation with Tsering Wangmo Dhompa. I had always interacted with her work as a part of my enquiry into what shapes belongingness in exile and how an exiled community navigates through the various contradictions that habitate an imagined nation.(Contd)

This interaction hence, felt personal. The conversation made me re-imagine my idea of home, that Dr. Dhompa says is not a place, but a feeling, for the exiled community. I also wondered how writing about personal narratives of loss and trauma change the process of authorship.
