@IzzyBeeBad @LeakBot_HQ Hi Izzy, have you tried Hi Ash. To fix this issue you need to reseat the batteries. Hold the LeakBot in front of you and then place both of your thumbs at the bottom corners of the face, before pushing the face upwards. This will access the batteries.
