Such a pathetic customer service from @Bank_on_Fi @FiCares , trying to fix international transaction using debit issue for the past few months.Everytime I call they will say "we will get back to you in 48hrs". Every 2 days I will call them and talk 10mins , still not resolved 🤣

Last month my @oneplus 9r got a greenline in middle of my screen. Reached out to service center when the issue occurred , waited a month (till 10/10/23) as they mentioned. Still when enquired for the replacement, i got an extra 1 month waittime.@OnePlus_IN @OnePlus_Support
