@HPCL I filled up Diesel on Wed 31, Jul '24 (Rs.4786.73) with a full tank, only to realise half of your fuel is filled with water. This caused my car to breakdown & engine to stall. This has cost me around Rs.20k in repair of my engine and fuel line @PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri
